We’ll provide OS layer administration, customizing, patch installation and upgrade maintenance.

Application Administration
Our experts can assist with deploying specific applications such as Microsoft SQL or MySQL and offer real-time support.

Network
HostSG regularly checks and tests all routers and switches that can affect network performance. In order to ensure the smooth operation of the IDC and customer operations, we continuously monitor network backbone, national and international connections and general Internet health.

Applications and Database
In order to monitor and optimize Web-centric applications and databases, we employ advanced software systems. We check a variety of variables around the OS and service components that affect the operating system’s performance. Performance, applicability and storage usage are monitored using preset system metrics.

Once configured, we connect your server to our multi-homed connection at Singtel. We will monitor your server 24 hours a day, 7 days week. We take on the full responsibility for maintaining your infrastructure, be it a server reboot, or system upgrade.

Our Premium Managed Services also include:

• Daily overall maintainence of the server. (We take care of the server for you while you spend your time on your business)

• Software Installation and Configuration: Client must provide configuration instructions.
