30 Days Trial

 

30 Days Trial is applicable to only Single (Budget Hosting Plan), Clustered (Business Hosting Plan), or On-Demand Hosting Plan. Customer who wish to try our Budget , Business or On-Demand Hosting can opt for a 30 days trial via online application. Currently, 30 days trial is only applicable to Singapore Registered Businesses, Organisation or Singaporean. Customer have to provide a valid RCB number or NRIC number to qualify for the trial.

A reminder for service continuation will be sent to the customer via email on the 3rd week before the trial period end for confirmation. Customer can choose to continue or terminate the service with no hosting charges. If Customer do not reply on time to renew after the 30 days trial period is over, the account will be terminated automatically. There is no refund for any domain registration charges that is registered through HostSG.

Customer who found to be abusing the account for sending of spam or engaged in illegal activities will have their account terminated immediately and will incurred all other possible administrative and legal charges.
