Billing Policy
The billing policy applies to all of HostSG Internet Services.
All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis.
Payment is accepted in Singapore Dollars or in U.S. Dollars currency.
Payment is accepted in the following methods.
Bank or TTY Transfer (POSB , DBS)
Money Orders
Cheques (Checks)
All accounts are activated for a minimum 1 month period.
Setup fees are charged for all new accounts and major account changes and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
All HostSG acounts are billed in 12/24 monthly cycles.
Termination of service must be submitted with 30 days prior notice.
The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer notifies HostSG in writing for a request for termination of services.
All servers will terminate on the last day of the month. If the two weeks notice is not sufficient to cover the current month, your server will be terminated at the end of the following month.
If you terminate before your next billing cycle, you will be refunded the remaining months of your pre-paid bill. (This does not apply to webhosting packages billed in yearly terms)
All payment made for services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. There is no refund for early termination of accounts.
All pricing is guaranteed for the term of pre-payment.
Once HostSG had processed your order, your server configuration information will be sent to you via E-mail.
You will be billed via email. HostSG appreciate account payment to be on time. Any account not brought current within a week (7 days) of e-mail notice or exceeding this time frame in any way is subject to suspension. HostSG may send you a reminder when your bill is overdue. A charge of SGD0.50 for postage and handling fee per reminder will apply. If your account remains unpaid, a final reminder may be sent and a late payment fee of SGD20.00 will be levied for each final reminder sent. If your services are disconnected due to non-payment, there will be a reconnection fee of SGD30.00.
All refunds will be paid in cheques.
HostSG reserves the right to change prices at any time, unless other terms have been agreed upon.
