Do you offer prepayment discounts?

Yes, each hosting plan and dedicated server page lists its annual pre-pay discount.

What are the billing increments?


Yearly and Bi-annually (2 years). You have the option to choose your increment.

When you signup for an HostSG account, you are prorated from the date of signup to the first day of the following month. Your first charge will include the prorated period plus two months. After that point you will be charged according to the billing increment option you have chosen.

What methods of payment can I arrange with HostSG?

We accept the following payments: money order , cheque, check, local bank fund transfer (DBS and POSB).

Customers located outside Singapore can also remit by check or money order. Please make checks and money orders payable to SG.GS. Mail checks and money orders to:

How do I change billing frequency and method of payment? How do I update account and payment information?


Kindly send an email to sales@hostsg.com with your full particulars, your domain name, and your change request.

What is your renewal procedure?

When your chosen payment term expires, you will automatically be rebilled according to the same terms.

Who will bill me for my Domain Name Registration?

You will be billed by HostSG for your domain name registration. Check out the pricing here.

What is your refund policy for renewals?

No refund will be provided for payment made.
